- Women's Alliance LA is a women-run group. Men who are friends or family of members are welcome to join the struggle to protect our democratic society and the earth's environment because women's issues are human issues. While the group's goal is for a diversity of women, men are welcome to attend meetings and join our political actions and social justice advocacy efforts.
